Ms. Rachna Aggarwal

Rachna holds a Bsc (honours) degree in Economics, from St. Xavier’s, Calcutta and a Post Graduate diploma in Management from IIM-A. She has worked at two outstanding firms in her 18-year career – Madura Garments (1992-99) and Indus-League Clothing Ltd. In 1999, Rachna co-promoted the venture capital funded brand-marketing firm, Indus-League Clothing Ltd. (ILCL) along with 7 other colleagues. The Future Group, India’s largest Retail group, acquired Indus-League Clothing Ltd. in 2005 and Rachna took over as CEO of Indus-League Clothing Ltd in 2008. She is married to Arun Sirdeshmukh, currently CEO of Reliance Trends and they have 2 daughters, Riya (12) and Risha (7).
