Working as Vice Marketing, in M/s International Tractors Limited, the fastest growing tractor company in India. Instrumental in establishing sales systems and processes at ITL with focus on network expansion and customer care. Leveraged IT to streamline planning, implementation and review of sales performance. All this, coupled with Product Mix Strategy has helped sustained growth of more than 30% at ITL.

Worked with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Tractor Division for around 18 years. Took care diverse business areas ranging from customer care, systems and processes, sales to channel development. Headed the National used tractor vertical (Mahindra Vishwas) at M&M.
