With a MBA in Business Marketing and Management, as well as an active LIMA member, Ms. Michelle delivers cutting edge innovation and leadership to the licensing industry. Within her impressive 12-year career, Ms. Michelle has launched many significant licensing programs over a range of categories, specifically developing and implementing corporate, art, celebrity, fashion, non-profit and entertainment properties in the industry.

Ms. Michelle acts as the key person in PepsiCo's exceptional success on the global front, facilitating the international expansion of PepsiCo's merchandising program in key emerging markets such as Brazil, Russia and India. Ms. Michelle works in partnership with HBO in launching the international licensing program for the highly successful Game of Thrones television series.

On the domestic front, she is partnered with Heineken's Dos Equis brand to expand the famed 'Most Interesting Man in the World' campaign into specialised product offerings, as well as the American Humane Association to bring the accredited and reputable charity to families across the United States. With a roster of loyal clients, Ms. Michelle has been able to combine fresh ideas with core foundations to create highly successful programs around the world.
