After 3 years of working with General Motors& McKinsey and Co., he couldn't resist his love for food and opened a 150 seater Bistro in Ahmedabad. In mid-2014, Karan spotted an opportunity in a growing but unorganised brand, Kutchi King, where he expanded the brand to 200+ stores before taking an exit. Karan is founder of Yellow Tie Hospitality that is India’s first F&B Franchise management company, which has a portfolio of over 6 brands, spearheaded by Broaster Chicken that is fastest growing international Food brand ever in India. Karan was also chosen in very prestigious list of Forbes 30 under 30 for the batch of 2016.
