Under the brand name of Soulfull, he has brought back traditional grains like millets to the modern Indian consumer in a form that is relevant for the 21'st century. Soulfull was launched packaging the humble Ragi (Finger Millet) into tasty delicious, healthy breakfast options. The company was incorporated in 2011 & began commercial operations in 2012.
Post his Mechanical Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Prashant successfully setup distribution and retail business units in India under the Kottaram Group umbrella. He is armed with an MBA from Babson College and experience with international firms like Limited brands and Information Resources Inc.; where he was a Director supporting the Marketing Strategies team at Safeway Supermarkets out of their California headquarters till 2009.
